The Geall Gallery, Grosmont, Whitby, Yorkshire

The Geall Gallery is home to Chris Geall, a local landscape artist, best known for his large palette knife oil paintings of the stunning North Yorkshire Moors and North East Coastline. 

Abigail is the Artist in Residence at The Geall Gallery in Grosmont, she welcomes visitors to her open studio, where she works Tuesday through Saturday. She is a multi-disciplinary artist specialising in Pottery and Illustration.

​Abigail primarily makes wheel-thrown stoneware, mostly hand-decorated with stained slip and stencils made from repurposed charity shop book pages. She creates effective glazes from raw materials, ensuring that every piece is unique and carries a personal touch.
